Janni.fun is a private, non-commercial portfolio and hobby project. The website offers:

• A portfolio and information about projects by Ioannis Toptsis
• Server status overview for operated game servers
• A Control Panel for authorized users
• A personal ToDo feature for logged-in users
• A URL shortener service
• Links to external platforms and Discord servers

3. Registration and Accounts

Login is exclusively handled via Discord OAuth2. By logging in, you agree that the data described in the Privacy Policy will be collected and processed. You are responsible for the security of your own Discord account.

4. Code of Conduct

The following is prohibited when using Janni.fun and its related services:

• Misuse of the website or its features (e.g., spam, automated access)
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other users' accounts
• Distribution of illegal, defamatory, or content harmful to minors
• Manipulation or disruption of servers and services
• Using the URL shortener for illegal, misleading, or malicious links

5. Game Servers

For the use of game servers operated via Janni.fun (e.g., EternalSMP Minecraft Server), the respective server rules additionally apply. The operator reserves the right to exclude users from the servers without prior notice in case of rule violations.

There is no entitlement to permanent availability of the website or related services. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may lead to temporary restrictions. The operator strives to minimize downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

Janni.fun is provided "as-is." The operator makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the provided content and services. Liability for damages arising from the use of the website is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This applies in particular to indirect damages and lost profits.
